{"id":268,"date":"2020-12-22T11:13:25","date_gmt":"2020-12-22T16:13:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cuffs-ucpsj.ca\/?page_id=268"},"modified":"2021-02-28T12:34:04","modified_gmt":"2021-02-28T17:34:04","slug":"abstract-submission","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/cuffs-ucpsj.ca\/en\/2021-meeting\/abstract-submission\/","title":{"rendered":"Abstract Submission"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h5 class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-heading\"><em><span class=\"has-inline-color has-accent-color\">Abstract submission is now closed!<\/span><\/em><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\">Undergraduate and graduate students, as well as professionals, scientists and university faculty, in forensic science or related fields, are invited to submit a 250-word abstract for a 10-minute oral presentation or a poster presentation (or both).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\">Following our theme of novelties in forensic science, presentation topics may include: the development of new techniques, the use of new technologies, the improvement of past methods, etc. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\">As per the form, which can be obtained by clicking on the red button below, the abstract submission should include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"has-primary-color has-text-color\"><li>Title &amp; Keywords<\/li><li>Name of author(s) &amp; Affiliation(s)<\/li><li>Presenting author&#8217;s contact details<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\">This conference is <strong>bilingual<\/strong>, and presentations can therefore be done in English or French. Please select the language-appropriate form for your abstract submission to help us identify in what language you wish to present. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\">At this time, the format of the conference remains uncertain due to the pandemic. In preparing their abstract, presenters should consider the possibility of a virtual presentation due to COVID-19 sanitary measures. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\">Accepted abstracts will be notified by February 28<sup>th<\/sup>, 2021.
