Cynthia Gagné has been a librarian at the Université de Montréal since 2018. She first worked at the Bibliothèque de la santé and currently works at the Bibliothèque des lettres et sciences humaines (BLSH). Her current mandates are mainly concerning documentary training and virtual reference services.
